The Modelica Association and the local organizers invite you to support the 17th International Modelica & FMI Conference. This event is the premier meeting for the cyber-physical systems modeling community, attracting over 400 experts from industry and academia. Your early commitment is valuable during the preparations — sponsor visibility begins as soon as your partnership is confirmed.

Partnership Tiers

Platinum Partner — 14,000 EUR (excl. VAT)

• Exhibition Space: up to 15 m² (3x5 m) reserved floor space. A table and chairs are provided, along with electrical connectivity (Type E socket, 230 V / 50 Hz, max 2 kW).
• Placement: Option for placement in the limited conference lobby (space limited, up to 8 m² (2x4 m), first-come first served) or the exhibition hall (up to 3x5 m).
• Vendor Presentation: Guaranteed 15-minute slot in the vendor presentation block (2 parallel tracks, grouped by topic; slot may be extended if the schedule allows).
• Registrations: 3 full conference registrations (including conference dinner).

  • 1 full-page advertisement in the printed programme.

Gold Partner — 11,000 EUR (excl. VAT)

• Exhibition Space: 8 m² (2x4 m) reserved floor space. A table and chairs are provided, along with electrical connectivity (Type E socket, 230 V / 50 Hz, max 2 kW).
• Placement: Option for placement in the limited conference lobby (first-come, first-served) or the exhibition hall.
• Vendor Presentation: Guaranteed 10-minute slot in the vendor presentation block (2 parallel tracks, grouped by topic; slot may be extended if the schedule allows).
• Registrations: 2 full conference registrations (including conference dinner).
• Marketing & Branding:
  • 1/2-page advertisement in the printed programme.
  • 1x bag insert (A4/A5 leaflet) in the conference bag.
  • Prominent logo placement on website and programme.

Silver Partner — 6,000 EUR (excl. VAT)

• Vendor Presentation: Guaranteed 5-minute slot in the vendor presentation block (2 parallel tracks, grouped by topic; slot may be extended if the schedule allows).
• Registrations: 1 full conference registration (including conference dinner).

  • 1/3-page advertisement in the printed programme (3 partners per page).

Bronze Partner — 4,000 EUR (excl. VAT)

• Exhibition Space: 4 m² (2x2 m) in the general exhibition hall. A table and chairs are provided, along with electrical connectivity (Type E socket, 230 V / 50 Hz, max 2 kW).
• Registrations: 1 full conference registration (including conference dinner).
• Marketing & Branding:
  • Logo listed on website and programme.
• Visibility: Website visibility starts immediately upon receipt of payment.

Exhibition & Traffic

All exhibition areas are designed to maximize interaction. High attendee traffic is ensured by holding all coffee breaks and poster sessions directly within the exhibition hall and lobby areas.

Terms

• VAT: Reverse charge for EU VAT-registered partners. Otherwise, +21% Czech VAT.
• Payment: Immediate visibility on the conference website is triggered upon payment.

Registration

Please contact us at partnersMC2027@modelica.org to proceed with the partnership agreement. All handling, including invoicing and payment, will be done through our local partner Milena Zeithamlová, Action-M agency.

Registration will be made by filling in the online PARTNERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM with payment obligation.

When paying by bank transfer, the proforma invoice corresponding to your payment (PDF document) will be attached to the confirmation email. The final invoice will be issued upon receipt of the payment in our account and sent attached to the confirmation email.
