To register for the Modelica 2017 conference in Prague, May 15-17, 2017, please complete on-line secure REGISTRATION FORM and pay the registration fee. Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better!


Modelica 2017 Registration Fees

The Regular and PhD Student registration fees at the Modelica 2017 covers the admission to all sessions including tutorials, FMI User Group, vendor presentations and conference catering package consisting of welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner.

Participants are welcome to register an accompanying person to attend the welcome reception and the conference dinner. He or she will not have the access to the scientific sessions of the conference.

The deadline for the early registration is March 8, 2017 and the late registration deadline is May 8, 2017.

Welcome Reception on Monday May 15, 2017 at 19.30

The Welcome Reception will take place at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague where all sessions and exhibition will be held. Please note that the registration for the welcome reception is required although it is included in the registration fee.

Conference Dinner on Tuesday May 16, 2017 at 20.00

The Conference Dinner will take place at National House of Vinohrady. You will enjoy a nice dinner with wine or beer. Please note that registration to the dinner is required although it is included in the registration fees (except the Student Fee). Students can buy the Student Dinner ticket separately.

Tutorials, FMI User Group and Vendor Presentations on Monday May 15, 2017

Attendance is free of charge for conference registered participant.

Tutorial sessions will be held from 13.00 to 16.30.

FMI User Group session will be held from 13.00 to 16.30.

Vendor presentations will be held on from 17.00 to 19.15.

CSKI has given a mandate to Milena Zeithamlova, Action M Agency to act on its behalf for the registration management of the 12th International Modelica Conference 2017 and to receive payments related to the registration and other activities of the conference.

Payments in Czech Crowns (CZK) are to be made:

  • by Credit card (VISA/VISA Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, Maestro, JCB)
  • by Bank transfer (possible only until May 8, 2017)

Please make sure that the bank transfer is made net of all bank charges and commissions.

Remaining charges will be requested upon your arrival when registering.

Confirmation / Invoice

Once you have completed the online REGISTRATION FORM, you will receive the confirmation by email.

In case of card payment the scanned invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be attached. The original one can be sent upon the request (otherwise it will be given during the registration on site).

In case of bank transfer the scanned advance invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be sent to you upon the request. The invoice will be issued upon the receipt of the payment and sent attached the confirming  email. If any difficulties in sending payment in Czech Crowns arise, please let us know to assist you.

The invoice will state the different VAT rates (21%, catering 15%).


Cancellation of Registration

A cancellation must be made in writing to Action M Agency. If  a cancellation is made before April 15,  2017 the registration fee deducted of CZK 800 will be refunded. After this date, however, no fees can be refunded. If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization. Please inform Action M Agency as soon as possible, but not later than May 1, 2017 to whom your registration should be transferred to. All refunds will be managed after the Conference.
