Modelica Issue Tracking
Issues (bugs, improvement suggestions, questions, etc.) to the Modelica Language can be reported by everyone using the Modelica issue tracking system.
Issues (bugs, improvement suggestions,) regarding the Modelica Standard Library can be reported using the GitHub issue tracker
If you have any tool related issues, contact the support sites of the tool vendors.
Modelica Source Code Repository
The Modelica Association uses the Git software versioning system and develop the source code of the Modelica Standard Library and it is hosted on GitHub.

If the issue tracking system from above is not suitable for your inquiry/question/issue, send an email to
Modelica-design@Modelica.org - to reach the designers of the Modelica language and get help on the Modelica language or the Modelica Standard Library.
If you have any tool related issues, contact the support sites of the tool vendors. To avoid SPAM messages, the Modelica-design email list is moderated. This means every email sent here is first checked by a moderator before it is forwarded to the Modelica designers.
Modelica Change Proposals (MCPs)
Extensions to the Modelica Language can be proposed by everyone according to the process defined in the document ModelicaSpecification_DevelopmentProcess.pdf. Use the MCP_Template_Overview.dotx template to give an overview of your proposed improvement and the MCP_Template_SpecChanges.doc document to give the precise changes to the Modelica Language Specification.
